Gisborne Chardonnay 2007

Tasting Note:
This vibrant wine is an excellent example of classic New Zealand Chardonnay with peach and tropical pineapple aromas, complimented by subtle oak and creamy notes on the palate. This wine is best enjoyed in its youth; bottle ageing will add roundness to the palate. This wine is a perfect match to white meat dishes and lightly spiced dishes.

 

Marlborough Chardonnay 2006

Tasting Note:
Aged in oak with extended lees stirring and malolactic fermentation, this wine is rich and nutty characters supported by citrus and peach fruit flavours with integrated, toasted oak. This wine will reward cellaring for up to five years and pairs well with a chicken.

 

Hawkes Bay Chardonnay 2006.

Tasting Note:
Produced from Hawkes Bay fruit, this wine is made in an easy-drinking approachable style. Fragrant and full flavoured, it is fresh and lively, with ripe citrusy characters, a delicate seasoning of oak and a smooth finish. This wine is a perfect match a wide range of pasta dishes and white meats in particular chicken. Enjoy now or cellar for 1-2 years.
